Rice with Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients
  • 30 grams of rice
  • 50 grams of mushrooms
  • ¼ small onion
  • 1 garlic tooth unpeeled
  • A few parsley leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • Salt (optional)

Preparation

  1. Wash the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces.
  2. Put 250 ccs of water over the stove with the onion, the garlic and the parsley.
  3. When it starts to boil, add the rice and allow it to cook for 20 minutes.
  4. Five minutes before it finishes cooking, add in the mushrooms.
  5. Before serving the food out, remove the onion, garlic and the parsley, and add in the olive oil.
