Carrot and Onion Soup Recipe


Ingredients
Small sized
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 parsley sprouts
  • 1 liter of cold water

Preparation

  1. Boil all the ingredients after they have been washed and chopped, for 45 minutes.
  2. Once cooking time is over, strain the soup and if you like you can add in rice flour or cereal.
  3. Divide the servings and separate what the child is going to eat. The rest of the food should be kept by following storing instructions.
  4. You can also make puree out of this soup.
