Vegetables Soup Recipe


Ingredients
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 medium sized potato of 200 grams
  • 4 spinach leaves
  • 1 medium sized onion
  • 1 liter of cold water

Preparation

  1. Wash all the ingredients, chop them and then cook them for around 45 minutes after the water begins to boil.
  2. Once they have been boiling for 45 minutes, strain the stock.
  3. If you wish to thicken the stock a little you can add a little bit of rice flour, cereal or powdered milk to it.
  4. If during they cooking time the liquid has been noticeably reduced, add a little bit of water to it. You can calculate between 175 and 200 cc’s of liquid per portion.
  5. Once a baby is six months old you can then add in pureed vegetables.
