- 1 ripe banana
- 1 ripe pear
- 100 cc’s of water
- 25 grams of sugar
- 200 cc’s of milk
Preparation
- Put the water to heat up along with the sugar. When this has dissolved, take it off the heat and allow it to cool.
- Peel and mash the banana and the pear in the blender along with the milk.
- Place it in the refrigerator so that it cools a little more before serving it out.
