4 Signs You've Maximal Exercise

Your spirit must be burning when you start an exercise program, whether with the goal to lose weight or improve overall health condition.

You feel motivated, and enthusiastic in running it.
Especially when you start to feel fitter body and the weight slowly began to decline.

But after several months of walking, why your weight fixed on the numbers-that's all, and you do so no longer eager to continue the practice? Is this common, or simply a problem of motivation?

You may find that your exercise is fixed, and roads in place, by recognizing the signs. This is important, so you can unload routine exercise that is going through. Thus you feel challenged and excited to practice again. Here are four signs that usually happens.

1. Exercise makes you tired
It's boring if you fixate on the same type of exercise constantly. Try to add variety to your workout. For example, if you usually treadmill at the gym, why not try a brisk walk or jog in Senayan? Or, interspersed with cycling a little further into the suburbs. If this were not enough, maybe it's time for you to try new activities. You can follow any new exercise classes, such as bodycombat, bellydancing, or whatever. No one knew you would love it if you do not try, right? Changes or variations in practice will make exercise more fun, and you became more motivated to keep practicing.

2. The exercise did not work anymore
In addition to bore you, do an exercise that's it for a long time also makes your body adapts to exercise, so it no longer provides the same benefits as before. The key, again, is a variation. For that you could try changing your routine, such as adding speed, distance, resistance, and others. It could also try a completely new exercise. If you like the consistency and did not want to change the workout every time you come to the gym, change your routine every 4-8 weeks.

3. Exercise makes you more tired and sick than ever before
Sports is supposed to give you energy, not even to make you weak and in pain. If you feel it is severe fatigue, or persistent pain, you may experience overtraining. Your body needs time to recuperate. During this recovery period you build strength and endurance, while giving time for the muscles to rebuild itself. If you do not give time for the body to recuperate, you will only become weaker. At the very least, give time off during the week. After that, start practicing again.

4. Your workout is not challenging anymore
When I first tried a treadmill, you ran for 10 minutes. Over time, running 10 minutes does not make you tired, sore, or struggling again. Of course this will not challenge again if you've been doing for three months. What you can do is wear a heart rate monitor while exercising. Your heart rate will change when you are getting fit. By using a heart rate monitor, you'll know when to change or intensify your workout. Then, you just make sure you reach your target heart rate.

Challenging the body's ability to improve your fitness level. It also gives a sensation that you have conquered yourself.
